The Holly House is located 2 miles North of Hill City - centrally located to all attractions in the Black Hills. Within minutes of Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse Memorial. We've been in business for 9 years and loving it.
We have 4 themed rooms and a nightly Christmas cabin rental out back by the stream - Our rooms are the Bridal Suite - Wildlife/Indian - Victorian - USA - all rooms have jetted tubs - tv's - fridges - WIFI - some have separate entrances and Spring Creek runs along our property so great for fishing - sitting out on the benches by the creek or taking a walk  in the mountains or sitting on the large deck enjoying the wildlife. We're also within a 1/2 mile of 3 wineries. Great place for a family reunion or a small wedding. 
The Holly House is best known for their Hearty - Delicious Breakfasts. In 2013 Dawna won the chili- cookoff in Hill City and she is known for her homemade chocolates. Homemade goodies in your room upon arrival and a very homey atmosphere. We cater to our guests to make your vacation the best ever...

On a quiet street, just an easy 2 blocks to downtown Hill City, we offer cabins and motel rooms (sleep 2-10) with varying amenities. We take pride in maintaining a super-clean property with new, comfortable beds, private baths (towels provided), heat & A/C, fully equipped kitchens, front decks and BBQ grills. Cable TV, free Wi-Fi and a strong Verizon cell phone signal are available in each unit. With a country-like setting, enjoy the wildlife, dine on the patio, relax in our hot tub, and share stories around the campfire. (We provide free firewood!)

Hill City offers wonderful dining options, great shops and galleries plus unique attractions for all ages – and is a perfect, central location for the major attractions of the Black Hills. Motorcyclists can easily access the most scenic routes in the hills. We are 3 blocks to the 109-mile Mickelson Trail for bicycling, jogging and hiking, and a convenient location to access the National Forest ATV/UTV trails. Trailer parking is available.

This lovely all stone exterior vacation home is fully furnished and well supplied with all the things needed for a great stay.  It is tastefully decorated with several stone and nature features inside which will appeal to both make and female in the group.  It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  With a total of 6 beds it can accommodate 10-12 people with plenty of room for all.  This home has 2 bedrooms, bath, kitchen, dining area, living room and laundry room on each of the 2 floors.

There is a patio and 2 decks with picnic tables, chairs and gas grill for outdoor cooking or just to enjoy a rest after a full day of site seeing.  The back of the house has a low to the ground deck to the main floor for anyone who has a problem with climbing stairs.  

The central location is great for visiting all the main attractions of the Black Hills area.  There is close access to ATV trails and the Mickelson Trail for hiking and biking from the house.

This home is operated and managed by the owner so we are available to accommodate you in any way we can.        

We also have several nice lodging rooms a couple of miles away which can accommodate 2-4 people per room.

Custer State Park boasts several scenic drives that explore the diversity of the area. From the granite spires of Needles Highway to the bison along WIldlife Loop Road.
